Who we are

What we collect and why

The contact form collects your name, email address, organization (optional) and message. We use this data only to read and reply to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not profile visitors, and this site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. No other personal data is collected.

Retention

Form messages are kept no longer than three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Sharing

We never sell your data. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. strictly on our behalf to deliver the contact form. They are not shared with any other third party.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, or request portability, by writing to contact@akenmedical.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
